This custom 7” tablet device is rented to agents in the Destination Management Companies. They sell excursions to their holiday makers and also offer Viagente’s Amigo Travel Companion for Rental.
The platform provides the DMC passenger grouping of sold excursions, real-time accounting and supplier capacity.

Some of its notable features include:

  • Fail-Safe Wifi or 3G data connected tablet interface with touch-tap technology for selling excursions or demonstrating excursion video

  • Automatic reconciliation and liquidation of reps daily sales with a 1-touch push button linked to office.

The system has been built by evaluating in detail the actual operations of various DMC’s and Tour Operators keeping in mind destination communication challenges that sometimes limit efficiency. All Viagente B2B solutions are built, integrated and run on Google servers.
